Based in Garland, Texas, Jeff Balette leads Trillium Construction Company and oversees work within major capital projects from inception to handover. He engages with contractors in ensuring the satisfactory completion of key infrastructure on corporate sites, from Capital Improvements to warehouses and distribution centers. Regularly working with commercial clients such as American Airlines, Hunt Platinum, and Walgreens, Jeff Balette’s company maintains OSHA 10 and 30 safety certifications.

Mr. Balette and his team engaged with Verizon DFW Terramark at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport in site-grading, lime stabilization, concrete repairs, and a new parking lot. In a $1.2 million project at the American Airlines headquarters, Trillium oversaw the installation of topping slabs, interior slab-on-grade, sound-isolation concrete floor systems, and Top Cast finish concrete. Mr. Balette has also held project manager positions with Texas companies such as Precept Builders, Inc., and Century Builders, Inc.

Jeff Balette is a Sam Houston State University graduate who studied in Huntsville and earned his bachelor of business administration in management. He is active with the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and Ducks Unlimited, and enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time.
